New to the server? The Attendant is your first friend. She'll point you in the right direction, answer your questions before you ask them, and make sure you don't wander off completely lost.
Gear up, restock, browse what's available. The Merchant runs the shop and has a few things to say about your taste in items. Don't take it personally.
List anything. Bid on everything. The auction house is where fortunes are made and spending decisions are definitely not regretted. The Auctioneer has strong opinions about this.
Fluffy is our resident llama and the unofficial mascot of spawn. She guards the Pinata Arena - a surprise community event where a pinata drops and everyone nearby scrambles to collect the loot. Keep an eye out for when Fluffy gets excited.
